Approximately 70% of cases are performed fully awake under local anaesthesia, reducing recovery and anaesthetic risk. All liposuction cases at the practice routinely include J-Plasma (Renuvion) ionised helium plasma skin tightening, which tightens the overlying dermis as the fat layer is reduced. Small cannulas are used throughout, and compression garments are provided post-procedure.
