Removal of a tooth that is too damaged, decayed or impacted to save, carried out under local anaesthetic. NB Dental handles both straightforward extractions and more complex surgical cases, including impacted wisdom teeth and exposure of impacted canines, with on-site 3D imaging available to plan difficult removals. The team focuses on a careful technique and clear aftercare, and can discuss replacing the tooth afterwards with an implant or other restoration.
