NAMI Medical Resort & Clinic

Located on ul. Polna 64 in the Karlikowo district of Sopot — a five-minute walk from the beach — NAMI runs all-inclusive residential programmes lasting 2–14 nights. The flagship Longevity programme (from 1,145 PLN per person/night, 3-night minimum) includes pre-arrival teleconsultation, three specialist consultations on arrival, 6–9 medical services daily drawn from a menu of 24+ therapies, full-board meals, and unlimited use of the regeneration zone with pools, saunas, and gym. Individual therapies on-site include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), cryotherapy, physiotherapy, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, and various massage modalities. Add-on individual treatments start from 100–450 PLN per session. Compared to Warsaw-based longevity programmes, NAMI's per-night rate is competitive given the residential setting and breadth of daily inclusions.
