The Superior suite is MyWellness Berlin's flagship room, combining the full range of thermal wellness modalities in a single private space: an infrared sauna cabin, a traditional Finnish sauna, and a whirlpool bath with heated jets. This three-modality setup enables guests to design their own circuit — moving from dry heat to steam-assisted Finnish rounds to warm hydrotherapy — all within the privacy and convenience of one reserved room. The whirlpool bath adds a hydrotherapy dimension that the other suite tiers lack. Warm water immersion combined with pressurised jets provides hydrostatic pressure on the lower body, promotes lymphatic return, and delivers mechanical massage to muscles and joints. Used between sauna rounds, the whirlpool serves as an active recovery step — warmer than a cold plunge but still providing thermoregulatory contrast relative to 80-100°C Finnish sauna temperatures.
