About this treatment
Blepharoplasty is one of the highest-satisfaction procedures in aesthetic surgery: it is relatively short, performed under local anaesthesia with sedation or general anaesthesia, and produces a visibly fresher, more rested eye area with discreet scars hidden in the natural lid crease.
Upper eyelid surgery (from €960)
With age, upper lid skin stretches and folds over the natural crease — creating hooding that makes the eyes look tired and, in advanced cases, can narrow the visual field. The surgeon marks the excess skin precisely, removes a measured ellipse of skin (and a small strip of muscle or fat where needed), and closes within the lid crease so the fine scar is invisible when the eyes are open. The procedure takes around 45–60 minutes.

Preparation required
Avoid aspirin and blood thinners for 2 weeks before surgery (as advised). Stop smoking 4 weeks prior. Arrange someone to accompany you on the day or use the agency assistant. Do not wear contact lenses for 2 weeks after surgery.
