About this treatment
Lipofilling (autologous fat transfer) is the only breast augmentation method that uses exclusively the patient's own tissue — no implant, no foreign body, no future implant exchange. It is also two procedures in one: the donor zones are contoured by liposuction at the same time the breasts gain volume.
How it works

Preparation required
Maintain a stable weight — post-surgery weight loss shrinks the grafted fat. Stop smoking 4 weeks before (it reduces graft survival). Avoid blood thinners for 2 weeks prior. Plan 6 weeks without underwire bras, prone sleeping or pressure on the breasts.
