About this treatment

Preparation required
Hold a stable weight for at least 6 months before surgery. Stop smoking 4 weeks prior — excisional lifts are especially sensitive to nicotine-impaired healing. Avoid blood thinners for 2 weeks. Plan 7–10 days in Prague and 6–8 weeks without sport.
