Native 3.0T MRI of the pelvis covering bladder, reproductive organs, rectum, and pelvic floor. Detailed soft-tissue assessment without radiation.
The pelvic MRI provides cross-sectional imaging of the pelvic organs using the 3.0 Tesla Philips Ingenia Elition. In female patients the examination evaluates the uterus, cervix, ovaries, and parametrial tissues. In male patients the focus includes the bladder, seminal vesicles, and periprostatic structures. Both sexes receive assessment of the rectum, pelvic floor musculature, and lymph node stations. Common indications include pelvic pain investigation, endometriosis mapping, uterine fibroid assessment before surgery, ovarian mass characterisation, rectal cancer staging, and bladder tumour evaluation. MRI provides superior soft-tissue contrast compared to CT for pelvic pathology, and the absence of ionising radiation makes it suitable for younger patients. Priced at EUR 330 as a native single-region scan. Gadolinium contrast enhancement is available as a EUR 60 add-on when dynamic contrast phases are needed for mass characterisation or staging.
