A half-day executive health assessment combining comprehensive blood work, ECG, cardiovascular evaluation, targeted imaging, and up to five specialist consultations — all delivered in a single private suite with same-day oral restitution and a written personalised action plan.

The Premium Health Check-Up is My Medical Director's flagship service, designed as a thorough preventive assessment that fits into a single morning or afternoon. The programme begins with a 30-minute consultation with the coordinating general practitioner, who reviews medical history, current symptoms, and personal health objectives. A dedicated nurse then performs a comprehensive blood panel in the patient's private suite — covering metabolic, lipid, glycaemic, inflammatory, hepatic, and renal markers — while the patient remains fasting. A premium breakfast is served immediately after the draw. The cardiovascular component includes a resting ECG and blood pressure assessment, with cardiovascular risk scoring. Depending on the patient's age, family history, and clinical findings, targeted imaging — ultrasound, CT, or MRI — is arranged through a radiology partner. Up to five specialists may be seen during the session, rotating into the patient's private suite rather than requiring the patient to move between departments. The specialist panel is tailored to the individual and may include cardiology, dermatology, gynaecology, nutrition, ENT, or other disciplines. The programme concludes with a same-day oral restitution — a face-to-face debrief where the coordinating physician walks through all findings and delivers a written action plan with specific recommendations. This immediate feedback loop distinguishes MMD from hospital-based check-ups where patients often wait days or weeks for a synthesis of results. The check-up is priced at EUR 1,995 and is not reimbursed by French Social Security, as it is classified as preventive rather than curative.
