The Glow Drip centres on glutathione — often described as the body's master antioxidant — delivered intravenously alongside high-dose vitamin C and zinc. Glutathione plays a central role in neutralising free radicals, supporting liver detoxification pathways, and recycling other antioxidants including vitamins C and E. Oral glutathione supplementation is notoriously poorly absorbed, which is the primary rationale for intravenous delivery. Vitamin C is included at a higher dose than the Immunity protocol, contributing both to antioxidant defence and to collagen synthesis — the structural protein that maintains skin firmness and elasticity. Zinc supports wound healing, cell turnover, and immune function, and is frequently deficient in individuals with skin concerns.
