Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

Abdominoplasty restores a flat, firm abdominal wall when skin and muscle have been stretched beyond their capacity to recover — most commonly after pregnancy or significant weight loss. No amount of exercise can remove redundant skin or close a true diastasis; surgery is the definitive correction.

Techniques

• Miniabdominoplasty (39,900 Kč): removes a smaller skin ellipse below the navel through a shorter incision — for limited lower-abdominal laxity with good upper-abdominal tone.
• Full abdominoplasty (54,900 Kč): a hip-to-hip incision low on the abdomen allows removal of the skin apron between the pubis and navel, with the navel repositioned. Combined with the diastasis repair surcharge, the rectus muscles are stitched back to the midline, narrowing the waist and improving core function.
• Abdominoplasty + liposuction (64,400 Kč): adds liposuction of one area (typically flanks) for better waist definition in the same operation.
• Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty (79,900 Kč): adds a vertical excision for patients with massive horizontal and vertical skin excess, typically after bariatric-level weight loss.
