About this treatment
Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) uses a motorised pen with fine sterile needles oscillating at high speed to create micro-perforations in the skin at controlled depth.
Mechanism
Each micro-channel triggers a localised wound-healing response — growth factor release, fibroblast activation and new collagen and elastin synthesis — without removing the skin surface. The channels also raise transdermal absorption of actives applied during the session many-fold, which is why the serum choice matters: My Best Care offers standard cocktails and a salmon-DNA (polynucleotide) option for enhanced regeneration and hydration.
