Implant size and profile are selected together with the surgeon using sizers at consultation. **Fat-transfer augmentation (from 49,900 Kč incl. liposuction):** Fat harvested by liposuction (abdomen, thighs) is purified and grafted into the breasts — a fully natural one-cup enhancement that simultaneously slims the donor area, without implants. **Breast lift / mastopexy (59,900 Kč):** Repositions the nipple-areola complex and removes excess skin to correct ptosis (sagging) after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight change. Combined augmentation + lift (64,900 Kč + implants) restores both volume and position in one operation; mastopexy + fat grafting (87,840 Kč) is the implant-free alternative. **Reduction (69,900 Kč; gigantomastia 79,900 Kč):** Removes glandular tissue and skin to relieve neck, shoulder and back pain and restore proportion, always with a simultaneous lift. **Revision surgery:** Reaugmentation (59,900 Kč), implant explantation with capsule work (49,900 Kč, capsulectomy surcharge 19,900 Kč) and an internal-bra support option (9,900 Kč) for long-term implant stability. **Setting and recovery:** All breast surgery is under general anaesthesia at the Praha 9 – Vysočany clinic with a one-night stay.
