Invisalign straightens teeth using a series of clear, removable aligners instead of fixed braces, gradually moving the teeth into a better position. Planned by the clinic's orthodontist from a digital intraoral scan, each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks before moving to the next. Invisalign is a clear-aligner orthodontic system that moves teeth using a sequence of custom-made, transparent plastic trays rather than conventional metal brackets and wires.
