About this treatment
Thigh skin laxity — the loose, sagging tissue of the inner or outer thigh — commonly follows massive weight loss, bariatric surgery, or the natural aging process. The skin of the thigh has fewer sebaceous glands than other body regions, making it particularly susceptible to irreversible laxity once stretched. Exercise builds the underlying muscle but cannot restore skin elasticity; once it is lost, surgical removal is the only effective correction.
At MUDr. Lucie Kučerová's Brno practice, the thigh lift technique is tailored to where the laxity is most pronounced. Inner thigh lift places the incision in the inguinal (groin) crease, an area naturally hidden by underwear and swimwear; it is most effective for the upper inner thigh. The procedure takes two to three hours under general anesthesia at SurGal Clinic. An anesthesiologist consultation is included in the price.
