Breast reduction at MUDr. Kučerová's Brno clinic removes excess glandular tissue, fat, and skin to achieve a smaller, lighter, and better-proportioned breast shape. The procedure is particularly indicated for women experiencing chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain caused by disproportionately large breasts, as well as postural asymmetry or skin irritation beneath the breast fold. MUDr. Kučerová uses the inverted-T (Wise pattern) or vertical approach depending on the volume to be removed, with absorbable sutures and standard drainage placement. The two-and-a-half to three-hour procedure is performed under general anesthesia with 1–2 nights' hospitalization included in the all-inclusive price.
