Morpheus8 combines the controlled skin-penetrating mechanism of microneedling — a 24-pin gold-coated needle array that creates precise micro-channels in the skin — with the delivery of bipolar radiofrequency energy concentrated at the needle tips at programmable depths ranging from 0.5 mm in the superficial dermis to 7 mm into the subdermal adipose and fibroseptal tissue. This depth flexibility makes Morpheus8 one of the most versatile RF microneedling devices available: at shallow settings, it remodels the superficial dermis for fine line reduction, enlarged pore tightening, and acne scar improvement; at intermediate settings, it targets the mid-dermis for skin laxity and wrinkle depth; at maximum depth, it addresses the subdermal fibroseptal network and adipose layer for body areas such as the lower abdomen, inner arms, and thighs where subdermal contouring and cellulite improvement are the goal.
