About this treatment

An MRI of the foot produces detailed images of the foot's complex structure — the many small joints and their cartilage, the tendons and ligaments, the plantar fascia, the soft tissues between the bones and the bone marrow itself. At MojaDiagnoza the examination is acquired on the centre's own MRI scanner, with the foot positioned in a dedicated coil while you lie still for the sequences, typically around fifteen to twenty-five minutes. Because only the lower limb enters the magnet the scan is usually comfortable; ear protection is provided as the machine is loud during imaging.
