The 3,800 zł fee covers placing the implant fixture; the crown or denture that sits on top is quoted separately. Bone-building procedures are available where the jaw needs reinforcing first.

A dental implant is a small titanium screw that is placed into the jawbone to take the place of a natural tooth root. Over the following weeks it integrates with the bone, creating a firm anchor onto which a crown, bridge or removable overdenture can later be attached. Implants are a long-term way to replace one tooth, several teeth or to stabilise a loose full denture, and because they stand independently they avoid cutting down neighbouring teeth the way a conventional bridge does. At MM Kaczmarek treatment starts with an implant consultation and CBCT cone-beam scan, which shows the height and width of available bone and the position of nerves and sinuses so the implant can be planned precisely. The fixture is then placed by a surgeon experienced in implantology, usually under local anaesthetic. After a healing period the implant may be uncovered (second-stage surgery) and the final restoration made — the clinic offers full-ceramic and porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns on implants, as well as implant-retained overdentures using ball attachments or locators for patients replacing many teeth. Where there is insufficient bone, the clinic provides bone augmentation and sinus-floor procedures to build a suitable site first. The quoted 3,800 zł is for the implant placement itself; the connecting parts and the crown or denture are costed separately and explained in your plan. Suitability depends on general health, gum condition and bone, all of which are assessed before treatment.
