About this treatment
Lips lose volume and border definition with age, and many younger patients simply want fuller, better-balanced lips. Hyaluronic acid filler is the standard, reversible tool for both goals — but the result depends entirely on the injector's judgement and technique.
The approach
MUDr. Dolejš injects all filler treatments personally. The assessment covers lip proportion (the lower lip is naturally slightly fuller than the upper), border (vermilion) definition, philtrum support, and any asymmetry. The treatment plan may distribute small volumes across the body of the lip, the border, and the surrounding perioral area rather than simply adding bulk — the difference between a natural and an overfilled look.

Preparation required
Avoid blood thinners and alcohol for 24–48 hours before to limit bruising. Do not schedule immediately before important events — allow two weeks for swelling to fully settle. Mention any history of cold sores (preventive medication may be advised).
