All-on-4 is a treatment concept for replacing a full arch of missing or failing teeth using just four implants per jaw. Two implants are placed towards the front and two are angled in the back of the jaw, a configuration that spreads the load and frequently allows the use of existing bone — often reducing or avoiding the need for bone grafting and making treatment possible for many people who have been told they have insufficient bone for conventional implants.
