100% oxygen therapy in a pressurized chamber to improve recovery, cognition, reduce inflammation, and support mitochondrial function.
About this treatment
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves breathing 100% medical-grade oxygen inside a pressurized chamber at pressures greater than normal atmospheric levels, typically between 1.5 and 2.0 ATA (atmospheres absolute). Under these conditions, your blood plasma becomes supersaturated with oxygen — carrying up to 15 times more oxygen than normal breathing — allowing oxygen to reach tissues that are poorly perfused due to injury, inflammation, or compromised…
During a session, you lie comfortably inside the chamber for 60–90 minutes while the pressure gradually increases to the treatment level. You may feel a temporary fullness in your ears (similar to altitude changes in an airplane), which resolves with simple equalization techniques. HBOT has well-established medical applications including wound healing, carbon monoxide poisoning treatment, and decompression sickness, and it is increasingly used in wellness…

Who is this for?
People seeking enhanced recovery from injuries, surgery, or tissue damage. Those interested in longevity protocols — emerging research explores HBOT's effects on telomere length and senescent cell clearance. Athletes wanting accelerated recovery and reduced inflammation. Individuals with chronic wounds, post-concussion symptoms, or conditions involving poor tissue oxygenation.
Preparation required
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting cotton clothing — synthetic fabrics and nylon are not permitted inside the chamber. Remove all jewelry, watches, and electronic devices before entering. Do not apply perfume, hair spray, or petroleum-based lotions on the day of treatment. Eat a normal meal beforehand (do not come on an empty stomach). Avoid carbonated drinks for 4 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before your session. If you have a cold or sinus congestion, contact the clinic — pressure changes may cause discomfort.
