A comprehensive female endocrine assessment measuring 10 hormones: estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, testosterone, DHEA-S, AMH, prolactin, SHBG, and cortisol. AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) provides a cycle-independent assessment of ovarian reserve, making this panel valuable for fertility planning. The combination of reproductive, adrenal, and stress-response hormones enables investigation of menstrual irregularities, PCOS symptoms, and overall hormonal balance.

This panel maps the primary axes of female endocrine function across reproductive, adrenal, and stress systems. Estradiol and progesterone track ovarian cycle status, while FSH and LH from the pituitary reveal whether brain-ovary signalling is functioning within expected parameters. An abnormal FSH-to-LH ratio may indicate polycystic ovary syndrome, perimenopause, or hypothalamic amenorrhea. AMH is produced by developing ovarian follicles and provides a reliable estimate of remaining egg supply. Unlike FSH, AMH stays relatively stable across the menstrual cycle, so it can be drawn on any cycle day without compromising accuracy. Testosterone and DHEA-S assess androgen levels — elevations may point toward PCOS or adrenal overactivity. SHBG determines how much sex hormone is freely available to tissues versus protein-bound and inactive. Prolactin elevation can suppress ovulation and disrupt cycle regularity. Cortisol provides a snapshot of adrenal stress-response activity. For menstruating individuals, days 2 through 5 of the cycle are optimal for FSH, LH, and estradiol baseline values. AMH is valid at any cycle point. Most results are available the same day through the Labor Staber Munich facility.
