Secret RF is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of microneedling with controlled RF energy released from the needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. While the micro-needles trigger the surface healing response, the radiofrequency heats the dermis to contract existing collagen and prompt new collagen and elastin formation — giving a firming, tightening effect that plain microneedling cannot achieve on its own. Expect redness and a feeling of mild tightness or warmth for a day or two, with little other downtime.
