Dermapen microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, improving texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and acne scarring. A serum is worked into the skin during treatment for added effect, combining needle mesotherapy with collagen induction. It can be focused on the face, neck, décolletage or hands, and a short course of sessions about four weeks apart gives the most noticeable improvement.
