Lip modelling uses soft, cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel to enhance the volume, shape and border of the lips while keeping their movement and proportion natural. The appointment begins with a conversation about what you would like — a tidier, better-defined border, a little extra fullness, or correction of slight asymmetry — and the doctor recommends an approach to match, often starting conservatively for first-time patients.

A topical anaesthetic is applied first and the filler products generally contain lidocaine, so the procedure is usually well tolerated.
