Because the energy is delivered through the skin's surface without breaking it, RF is non-invasive and generally involves little to no downtime, which makes it a comfortable option for maintaining firmness. At MEDIWA Clinic the area is cleansed and a gel applied before a handpiece is moved over the skin to deliver the energy; the treatment feels warm and takes around thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the area.
