About this treatment
Mesotherapy at MEDIKAP Pardubice is distinct from the skinbooster in that it introduces a multi-ingredient active compound into the dermis, rather than pure HA. The clinical formulation used by MUDr. Natálie Kaplanová typically includes a combination of hyaluronic acid, vitamins (B5, B6, B12, C, biotin), amino acids, and where indicated, growth factors or peptides — selected based on the patient's skin assessment.
The principle of mesotherapy is pharmacokinetic: active substances delivered intradermally are absorbed directly by local fibroblasts, keratinocytes, and endothelial cells at a therapeutic concentration. Topical creams apply the same ingredients to the stratum corneum, where absorption is minimal. By depositing the cocktail at 1–4 mm depth, mesotherapy achieves dose efficiency that topicals cannot replicate.
The treatment area — face, neck, or décolleté — is cleaned and a topical anaesthetic applied for comfort. Injections are made in a grid or nappage (rapid superficial injection) pattern across the target surface. The session takes 30–45 minutes including preparation. Small papules at injection points are normal and resolve within a few hours.
