Comprehensive women's health panel covering reproductive hormones (FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, DHEA-S), thyroid (TSH, FT3, FT4), tumour markers (CA-125, HE4), CBC, and inflammatory markers. At 459 PLN (~€106), a thorough hormonal and oncological screen.
This extended women's panel combines hormonal assessment, cancer screening, and general health markers in a single draw session. The reproductive hormone panel (FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, DHEA-S) provides a comprehensive picture of ovarian function, pituitary regulation, and androgen status. FSH and LH are pituitary hormones that drive the menstrual cycle — the FSH:LH ratio is diagnostically important in PCOS (where LH is often elevated relative to FSH) and perimenopause (where FSH rises as ovarian reserve declines). Estradiol and progesterone reflect ovarian output and are timed to the menstrual cycle phase. Prolactin elevation can cause menstrual irregularity, galactorrhoea, and infertility. Testosterone and DHEA-S assess androgen excess — the hormonal driver of acne, hirsutism, and androgenetic alopecia in women. Elevated androgens alongside menstrual irregularity and polycystic ovarian morphology define PCOS. The oncological component includes CA-125 (ovarian cancer marker) and HE4 (human epididymis protein 4), which together calculate the ROMA index for ovarian cancer risk stratification. This dual-marker approach has higher specificity than CA-125 alone. Thyroid assessment (TSH, FT3, FT4) is included because thyroid dysfunction is 5–8 times more common in women and mimics many gynaecological complaints. The panel includes a full CBC and inflammatory markers for general health context.
