The outcome is a fitness conclusion (fit, fit with conditions, or unfit) issued to the employer. Workers should bring identification, any referral or job-risk documentation provided by their employer, glasses or hearing aids if used, and a list of current medication. Because the engagement is contractual and risk-category-dependent, the exact scope and price are confirmed with the employer in advance through Mediclinic's commercial team; the individual employee is not normally charged.
