MCP holds one of the most comprehensive private vaccine menus in Prague — over 30 vaccines covering travel medicine, childhood immunisation, adult boosters, HPV, shingles, meningococcal, and hepatitis A/B. Before any vaccination, MUDr. Klubal recommends an optional immune pre-screen to rule out contraindications in immunocompromised patients — a step rarely offered at standard travel clinics. Booking is via the online extranet system, where specific vaccines and prices are listed.

Most Prague vaccination clinics offer a narrow travel-medicine menu. MCP's vaccine service is substantially broader, reflecting the clinic's immunological expertise and its ability to assess patients who may be poor candidates for live vaccines. The vaccine portfolio spans: **Live vaccines**: Zostavax (shingles), Varilrix and Priorix Tetra (chickenpox + combination), Pneumo 23, Prevenar 13, Synflorix (pneumococcal series), Priorix (MMR — measles, mumps, rubella), Rotarix and Rotateq (rotavirus), Fluenz Tetra (intranasal flu). **Inactivated/killed vaccines**: Dukoral (cholera + ETEC traveller's diarrhoea), Hexacima/Infanrix Hexa (6-in-1 paediatric), full influenza panel (Influvac, Vaxigrip Tetra, Fluarix Tetra, Preflucel), Ixiaro (Japanese encephalitis B), FSME and Encepur (tick-borne encephalitis — important for Czech hiking/forestry exposure), Verorab (rabies pre/post-exposure), Havrix 1440/720 Junior, Avaxim 160, Twinrix Adult/Paediatric (hepatitis A, A+B), Imovax Polio (polio), Hiberix (Haemophilus influenzae type b). **Non-live/recombinant vaccines**: Typhim Vi and Typherix (typhoid), Engerix-B (hepatitis B), Cervarix, Silgard, Gardasil 9 (HPV 4-valent and 9-valent), Trumenba (meningococcal B), Shingrix (recombinant shingles — the preferred modern alternative to Zostavax). Before vaccination, MUDr. Klubal recommends — and can perform — a pre-vaccination immunological assessment. This screens for contraindications by evaluating cellular/humoral immunity, HLA typing, autoimmunity risk, and IgE allergy. This is particularly important for patients on immunosuppressants, with known autoimmune disease, or with a history of hypersensitivity reactions. All vaccines are administered by the qualified nursing team under physician supervision. Post-vaccination observation is conducted on site. Relevant certificate documentation (e.g., yellow fever exemption certificates, EU Digital COVID Certificate model) is provided where applicable.
