MCP offers three preventive check-up programmes — General, Oncological, and Sports — each combining a clinical examination with targeted blood panels, genetic screening, and a forward-looking prevention plan. The clinic's philosophy is that prevention is not just early detection of existing disease, but active management of biological risk before symptoms develop. Each programme is delivered by the full interdisciplinary team and produces a detailed report covering identified risks and an individualised action plan.
MCP's Preventive Health Check programmes are built on a philosophy that sets them apart from standard annual health checks: prevention is defined not as finding disease early, but as understanding your complete risk picture before disease develops. This means integrating clinical examination, laboratory diagnostics, and genetic risk profiling in a single programme. **General Preventive Check-Up** covers essential systems: cardiovascular (lipid profile, glucose, blood pressure, ECG baseline), metabolic (liver, kidney, thyroid function), haematological (full blood count, iron studies), inflammatory (CRP, ESR), immune function (cellular and humoral baseline), and standard cancer screening markers (PSA for men, CA-125 for women, CEA, AFP). Results are reviewed by MUDr. Klubal and, where indicated, MUDr. Růžičková or the nutritional counsellor. **Oncological Preventive Check-Up** adds a dedicated cancer risk module: comprehensive tumour marker panel, genetic analysis for hereditary cancer predisposition (BRCA1/2, Lynch syndrome genes, APC, RET), and immunological profiling — since chronic immune dysregulation is associated with elevated cancer risk. The clinic emphasises that cancer is the second leading cause of death in the Czech Republic, and genetic screening enables personalised adjustment of screening frequency (e.g., earlier and more frequent colonoscopy for Lynch syndrome carriers). **Sports Preventive Check-Up** evaluates an athlete's health and performance risk: cardiovascular fitness markers, cardiac risk (genetic arrhythmia screening, structural cardiac risk variants), hormonal and metabolic efficiency, immune status, regeneration capacity, and stress hormone levels. Genetic analysis can identify predispositions to overtraining injury, tendon/ligament vulnerability, and mental resilience under competition pressure. All programmes can be extended with full genomic screening (whole-genome predictive analysis) and stem cell preservation — the clinic positions these as foundational preventive acts for patients in their 30s and 40s, when collection yield is optimal. Final reports include a risk stratification across assessed domains, a prioritised action plan, and follow-up scheduling recommendations.
