MCP's Communication Programme is a concierge medical support subscription giving enrolled patients direct access to clinic physicians for phone consultations, guaranteed email responses within a defined timeframe, and postal medical support — without booking a full appointment for each query. Two tiers are available: 3,000 Kč per quarter or 4,000 Kč for 6 months (the annual plan also includes a 10% discount on all future reservations). This is a meaningful differentiator for patients managing complex or chronic conditions who need ongoing medical dialogue between formal visits.

The Communication Programme at MCP reflects the clinic's approach to complex patients: specialist care does not end at the consultation room door. Patients with immunological conditions, genetic risk findings, or ongoing monitoring programmes often have questions between appointments that a GP cannot answer and a new specialist referral would take weeks to arrange. The programme provides: - **Phone consultations**: Direct access to MCP physicians during clinic hours (Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00 for phone reception). Ideal for interpreting new lab results, medication queries, or deciding whether a new symptom warrants an urgent appointment. - **Guaranteed email responses**: Written responses to medical queries within the clinic's defined response window.
