About this treatment
The inner thigh has some of the thinnest, least elastic skin on the body, which is why it sags early after weight loss and with age — and why exercise, which builds the muscle beneath, cannot tighten the skin envelope above it. Beyond appearance, inner-thigh laxity causes real daily friction: chafing when walking, irritation in warm weather, and difficulty with fitted clothing.
The procedure
Under anaesthesia managed by the clinic's anaesthesiology team (included in the price), the surgeon removes the excess skin and fat through an incision concealed in the groin crease; with greater laxity, a vertical extension along the inner thigh allows removal of the full surplus. Limited liposuction is often combined for an even contour. The tissue is anchored securely so the lift holds rather than migrating downward. Surgery takes 2–2.5 hours.
