Liposuction at MEDICent permanently removes localised fat deposits that resist diet and exercise — abdomen, outer and inner thighs, knees, and the face and neck region. Each area is priced transparently (knees from 25,000 Kč; abdomen, thighs, or face/neck 30,000–40,000 Kč) with anaesthesia included, and several areas can be combined in a single session. The surgeon contours through millimetre incisions using fine cannulas, and the removed fat cells do not return.
About this treatment
Liposuction is a contouring procedure, not a weight-loss method — and used correctly on the right candidate, it is one of the most reliable operations in aesthetic surgery. The fat cells removed are gone permanently; remaining cells can still enlarge with weight gain, so results are best maintained at a stable weight.

Preparation required
Be at a stable weight. Avoid aspirin and blood thinners for 2 weeks before. Obtain the recommended compression garment in advance and plan to wear it 4–6 weeks.
