Breast modeling (mastopexy) at MEDICent reshapes and lifts breasts that have lost firmness and position after pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes, or with age. The surgeon removes excess skin, tightens the breast tissue into a higher, firmer cone, and repositions the nipple-areola complex, all under general anaesthesia included in the 65,000–85,000 Kč price. About this treatment
Breast ptosis — sagging — is a natural consequence of pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuation, and skin ageing. A breast lift addresses the problem at its source: excess, stretched skin and descended glandular tissue.
The procedure
Under general anaesthesia, the surgeon removes surplus skin through an incision pattern matched to the degree of sagging — periareolar for mild cases, vertical (lollipop) for moderate, or anchor-shaped for significant ptosis. The breast gland is reshaped and supported in a higher position and the nipple-areola complex is moved up to the natural level, usually with reduction of an enlarged areola at the same time. Surgery takes around 2–3 hours.
