The 90-minute programme covers the most clinically significant screening parameters across cardiovascular, metabolic, hepatic, renal, thyroid, and haematological domains. The visit begins with a comprehensive blood draw covering a full blood count, liver enzymes (AST, ALT, GGT), kidney function markers (creatinine, urea), a complete lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), fasting glucose, TSH for thyroid screening, and CRP as an inflammation marker. A urinalysis provides additional metabolic and renal data. A resting 12-lead ECG screens for arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, and ischaemic changes. The internal medicine consultation ties all findings together — the physician reviews the blood results and ECG, performs a physical examination, and provides recommendations for follow-up or lifestyle modifications. The promotional price of 33,000 HUF (reduced from the standard 39,990 HUF) makes this one of the most affordable structured screening programmes in Budapest. The assessment is available at all four Medicare Group locations across the city, with laboratory results delivered online within one to two business days.
