Mesotherapy delivers fine micro-injections of hyaluronic acid into the superficial layers of the skin to improve hydration, elasticity and overall quality — rather than adding volume. At Medica Aesthetica dermatologist prim. MUDr. Zdena Stratilová treats the face, neck, décolletage and backs of the hands, areas that show early ageing and dehydration. A course of sessions is usually advised for a visible, cumulative result.

It suits people with dull, dehydrated or early-ageing skin who want a refreshed, healthier-looking complexion without volumising. It is avoided over active inflammatory skin disease and in certain systemic conditions, and the doctor confirms suitability first. Afterwards, intense activity, sauna and heat should be avoided for several days.
