Blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery that removes excess upper-lid skin and, for the lower lids, the fat pads that cause under-eye bags, performed by plastic surgeon Doc. MUDr. Jan Válka. It addresses a tired or sad-looking appearance and, with heavy upper lids, a restricted field of vision.
