The treatment follows a three-step protocol. The first step uses a spiral-tip handpiece with a mild glycolic and salicylic acid solution to gently exfoliate the outer layer of dead skin cells, dissolving the intercellular bonds that hold dull, dehydrated keratinocytes at the skin surface and revealing the fresher, more reflective epidermal layer beneath. The second step deploys vacuum-assisted vortex suction to simultaneously loosen and extract blackheads, comedones, and sebaceous material from follicle openings — a method that achieves pore clearing without the trauma of manual squeezing or high-pressure microdermabrasion.
