ALL-ON-X is a fixed full-arch implant solution for patients who have lost, or are about to lose, all the teeth in a jaw. Instead of a removable denture, a complete bridge of teeth is secured to a number of implants — commonly four, six or eight per arch — positioned and angled to make the best use of available bone and to spread chewing forces for stability. The result is a fixed set of teeth that does not need to be taken out, restoring the ability to eat and smile with confidence and helping support the facial structure that tends to collapse after total tooth loss. These are among the most complex cases a dental clinic undertakes, and Materna Dental approaches them through coordinated digital planning. Cone-beam CT (CBCT) imaging and intraoral scanning are used to map the bone and design implant positions, the surgical team places the implants — carrying out any necessary bone grafting — and the prosthetic team designs and fits the bridge. The number of implants is chosen for each patient based on bone quality, the jaw involved and the type of final prosthesis; more implants can offer additional support in certain situations. Because every case differs in the number of fixtures, the need for grafting and the materials of the final bridge, the figures shown are starting points per arch, with a precise plan and quotation provided after assessment.
