About this treatment
Hair loss — whether from androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, or inflammatory conditions — has at its root a combination of follicle miniaturisation, reduced local vascularity, and inflammatory mediator activity in the perifollicular tissue. Hair mesotherapy addresses these mechanisms by delivering active agents precisely into the zone of action: the scalp dermis surrounding the follicle bulb, at a depth of 2–4mm.

The injection is performed using a mesotherapy gun or fine-gauge needle in a systematic scalp grid, covering the zone of concern.
