Lumine Dermatology & Laser Clinic offers specialist dermatology consultations with Dr Evelyn Tay, a Consultant Dermatologist with MBBS (Singapore), MRCP (UK), FRCP (Edinburgh), and FAMS (Dermatology) qualifications and over 15 years of clinical experience. An initial consultation (SGD 160) covers a thorough history, clinical examination of skin concerns, and a personalised treatment plan. Common presentations include acne and acne scarring, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, skin growths and lumps, hair loss, and nail conditions. For patients with a history of skin cancer, sun damage, or multiple atypical moles, a first consultation with comprehensive skin cancer screening is available at SGD 270. Follow-up consultations are priced at SGD 130 (SGD 250 with skin cancer screening). Dr Tay's background in Mohs surgery and oncological dermatology means complex or unclear lesions are managed in-house rather than referred externally. The clinic is located at Shaw Centre, Scotts Road, in the Orchard Road district — easily accessible by MRT (Orchard or Newton stations).
