Vascular laser therapy uses the Alma Harmony PRO XL Dye-VL to close small visible blood vessels and reduce redness — broken capillaries, spider veins and the diffuse flushing of conditions such as rosacea. The light energy is absorbed by the vessels and fades them without affecting the surrounding skin. Vascular laser therapy targets the small, visible blood vessels and persistent redness that can appear on the face, neck and chest. Using the Alma Harmony PRO XL with its Dye-VL handpiece, controlled pulses of light are absorbed by the haemoglobin inside the unwanted vessels, heating and collapsing them so they are gradually reabsorbed by the body and fade from view, while the surrounding skin is left intact. It is commonly used for broken capillaries (telangiectasia), spider veins, and the diffuse flushing and visible vessels associated with rosacea-type redness. A session is quick — often ten to twenty minutes — and most people describe the pulses as a brief warm snap; there is usually little downtime beyond temporary redness or, occasionally, slight bruising over larger vessels. Pricing depends on the area, from 200 zł for a single vessel, 250 zł for the nose or 350 zł for the cheeks, up to 1,400 zł for full face, neck and décolletage. Larger or more diffuse redness generally responds best to a short course of treatments spaced several weeks apart, with results building as the treated vessels clear. Strict sun protection before and after is important, and the treatment is avoided over a tan or in pregnancy.
