Health Screening Check-up — PRO

The PRO screening check-up builds on the BASIC programme with a markedly deeper investigation. It expands laboratory testing to 60–65 tests covering 115+ parameters and adds two major elements: endoscopy — gastroscopy and colonoscopy performed under general anaesthesia — and a whole-body MRI. The result is a far more thorough preventive assessment that looks inside the digestive tract and surveys the body with cross-sectional imaging, while retaining all the consultations, ultrasound, lung CT and functional tests of the BASIC tier.

The PRO tier of the Longevity+ screening range is for people who want a substantially more in-depth preventive assessment than the BASIC programme provides. It includes everything in BASIC — the initial and summary consultations, low-dose lung CT, spirometry, EKG, carotid, thyroid and abdominal ultrasound, retinal screening, videodermatoscopy mole mapping and metabolic-age reading — and then deepens the investigation in two significant ways. First, the laboratory workup expands to roughly sixty to sixty-five tests spanning more than 115 health parameters, giving a much richer biochemical profile. Second, it adds endoscopic examination of the upper and lower digestive tract, with gastroscopy and colonoscopy carried out under general anaesthesia for comfort, alongside a whole-body magnetic-resonance scan. Bringing endoscopy and whole-body MRI into a single coordinated programme means the assessment surveys not only blood chemistry and the heart, lungs and major organs by ultrasound, but also the gastrointestinal lining and the soft tissues of the whole body without ionising radiation from the MRI component. Offered in women's and men's versions, PRO is well suited to those at an age or with a history where digestive-tract screening becomes a priority, or who simply want the reassurance of a wide cross-sectional survey. All findings are consolidated and reviewed with a clinician at a summary consultation.
