The BASIC check-up is the foundation of the Longevity+ Screening Stanu Zdrowia range, designed for adults who want a structured, whole-body preventive assessment rather than isolated tests. It opens with an initial medical consultation to set the context, then moves through a coordinated battery of investigations: more than forty laboratory tests covering 45+ health parameters, a low-dose computed-tomography scan of the lungs, spirometry to assess breathing, an EKG, and ultrasound of the carotid arteries, thyroid and abdomen. It also includes AI-assisted retinal screening, full-body videodermatoscopy with mole mapping, a TANITA metabolic-age and body-composition reading, and dental hygiene, before closing with a summary consultation that brings the findings together.
