Techniques include magic shading (powder brows), microblading (hair strokes), combination brows, eyeliner (upper, lower, or combined), and lip contouring. The studio also provides PMU for alopecia and oncology patients. Results last 12–24 months for brows and eyeliner, 2–3 years for lips.

Permanent makeup at Lili Clinic is a specialist service performed by Mgr. Linda Jakubík, who holds an MSc in Health-Promoting Activities from Charles University and is a certified permanent makeup artist using medical-certified PMU machines and pigment products. All procedures follow full medical-grade hygiene and single-use equipment protocols. Three core brow techniques are offered: **Magic shading (powder brows):** Creates a soft, powdered makeup effect across the brow using stippled pigment deposits rather than strokes. Ideal for clients with oily skin (where hairstrokes tend to blur over time) or those who prefer a more defined, filled-in look. Most durable brow technique. **Microblading (hair strokes):** Individual pigment strokes are made in the dermis using a manual blade, mimicking the appearance of natural brow hairs. Best for clients with sparse brows who want a natural, hair-like result. Most suitable for normal-to-dry skin types. **Combination technique:** Combines manual hairstrokes at the brow front with powder shading toward the tail for a realistic gradient that looks natural from close range and defined at a distance. Eyeliner services include a basic upper eyeliner line (3,000 CZK), upper eyeliner with shading (4,000 CZK, adding a smoky gradient), lower eyeliner (3,000 CZK), and the full upper + lower combination (4,500 CZK). Lash-line PMU — pigment deposited between lashes — is also available to create the effect of thicker, darker lashes. Lip permanent makeup (4,500 CZK) defines the lip border and fills in to create evenly coloured, symmetrical lips that require no daily liner or lipstick reapplication. The studio provides specialised PMU for alopecia patients (natural-looking brow replacement where follicles are absent) and oncology patients recovering from hair loss. Laser PMU removal and correction of work from other studios are available (20% discount on new PMU pricing for corrections). Durability: eyebrows and eyeliner last 12–24 months; lip PMU 2–3 years. A touch-up correction within the first 4 months is available at 950–1,500 CZK. Revitalization sessions for faded PMU are 1,800–2,500 CZK.
