Osteodynamika® is a proprietary manual fascial therapy technique that addresses the entire musculoskeletal system — joints, bones, fasciae, ligaments, and soft tissue — in a single integrated session. At Lili Clinic, sessions are delivered by Lenka Homolková, a certified Osteodynamika® trainer since 2024. Adults receive 110-minute sessions (2,100 CZK) and children's sessions are age-adjusted. The technique corrects joint biomechanics and fascial tension without aggressive manipulation.
Osteodynamika® is a structured manual therapy system developed to address the body's musculoskeletal system holistically, treating the interrelated network of joints, bones, connective fasciae, ligaments, tendons, and soft tissue simultaneously rather than targeting individual structures in isolation. This systems approach is based on the concept that dysfunction in one element creates compensatory tension or asymmetry elsewhere; correcting only the symptomatic site without addressing upstream fascial restrictions often leads to recurrence. At Lili Clinic's Vinoř studio, Osteodynamika® is performed by Lenka Homolková, who completed her certification as an Osteodynamika® trainer in 2024. Her sessions integrate multiple complementary manual techniques based on the presenting complaint and functional assessment: **Core Osteodynamika® work:** Fascial release, joint biomechanics correction, and musculoskeletal system rebalancing according to the Osteodynamika® protocol. **Supplementary manual techniques offered within sessions:** Trigger point therapy (neuromuscular pressure to release hyperirritable muscle nodules), balance taping, joint mobilisation and manipulation, myofascial release therapy, lymphatic drainage (Japanese method — gentle rhythmic strokes supporting lymph flow), cupping therapy (negative-pressure cups applied to fascial restriction zones), soft tissue techniques, reflex therapy, the Breuss massage (gentle spinal traction and oil massage from the Austrian tradition), and the Dormu method (a specialised soft-tissue approach). Sessions are available for all ages. Adults and teenagers aged 15+ receive the full 110-minute session at 2,100 CZK. Children aged approximately 10–15 receive an adapted 80-minute session at 1,700 CZK. Children under 9 receive a 50-minute session at 1,100 CZK — a rare service in the Prague area making this clinic accessible to families. Typical applications include postural imbalances, back and neck pain, sports recovery, headaches of musculoskeletal origin, joint stiffness, and general reconditioning.
