Osteodynamika® is a proprietary manual fascial therapy technique that addresses the entire musculoskeletal system — joints, bones, fasciae, ligaments, and soft tissue — in a single integrated session. At Lili Clinic, sessions are delivered by Lenka Homolková, a certified Osteodynamika® trainer since 2024. Adults receive 110-minute sessions (2,100 CZK) and children's sessions are age-adjusted. The technique corrects joint biomechanics and fascial tension without aggressive manipulation.
