Medical chemical peels at Lili Clinic are formulated and applied by the clinic's dermatologists or under their direct supervision, using pharmaceutical-grade acids at concentrations reserved for medically qualified practitioners. This distinguishes the treatment from standard beauty-studio peels and allows the physician to address more significant skin concerns safely.
The active acids used include: - Glycolic acid (alpha-hydroxy acid, AHA): water-soluble, smallest molecule of the AHA family, penetrates to the dermis to stimulate collagen production and accelerate corneocyte turnover. The deep trichloroacetic peel variant (6,000 CZK) is specifically used for perioral wrinkles (upper lip lines) and achieves medium-depth resurfacing of that zone.
