Injectable Mesotherapy (Cannula Technique)

The 45-minute procedure intensely hydrates and revitalises skin at the cellular level, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Patients return to social activities by day 2 with only mild redness or swelling.

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive technique in which a cocktail of bioactive substances is injected into the mesodermal layer of the skin (0.5–1.5 cm depth), bypassing the skin's barrier and delivering therapeutic concentrations directly where cell regeneration occurs. At Lili Clinic, this is performed using a cannula rather than multiple individual needles — a method that reduces the number of skin entry points to approximately 10 per facial treatment, decreasing bruising, discomfort, and recovery time compared to classical mesotherapy techniques. The injectate contains high-concentration hyaluronic acid for intense hydration, a balanced blend of vitamins (vitamin C, B-complex), amino acids (building blocks for collagen and elastin), and coenzymes that support cellular energy metabolism. The combination restores the skin's extracellular matrix environment, improves turgor and elasticity, stimulates fibroblast activity, and corrects micronutrient deficiencies that accelerate skin aging. Three treatment zones are available: the face alone (3,500 CZK), the periorbital eye area (1,800 CZK), or a combined face and eye treatment (4,500 CZK). Sessions last approximately 45 minutes. Pre-treatment comfort is optimised with either an Isocaine mask or 400 mg ibuprofen taken beforehand. After treatment, mild swelling and redness may persist for 24–48 hours. Patients are advised to avoid intense sun exposure for 2 days and to apply SPF 30+ sunscreen. A return to work or social activities is typically possible by day 2. Optimal results from a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart include significantly improved skin hydration, radiance, fine line reduction, and overall texture.
